Shine Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Shine, a photo and video filter application developed by Dreapp. By downloading, installing, or using the Shine application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must not use this App for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates this agreement
• You must have the capacity to understand and agree to comply with these Terms of Use

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Dreapp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Rent, lease, loan, or sell access to the App

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the Shine App, including but not limited to filters, effects, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Dreapp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the filters and effects within the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without prior written permission from Dreapp.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to photos and videos that you create or edit using the App. By using the App, you grant Dreapp a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

You are solely responsible for the content you create or edit using the App. You agree not to use the App to create content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Violates any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

6. Payment and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

6.1 In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features, you must comply with the relevant payment policies and platform regulations (such as Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

6.2 Auto-Renewal

If there are free trials or auto-renewal subscriptions, we will clearly notify users how to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the subscription period through your device's settings or the platform's subscription management.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund policies follow the respective platform's (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) refund policies. Dreapp does not directly process refund requests; please apply through the respective platform.

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems

8. Device Compatibility and Updates

The App is designed to work on compatible devices and operating systems. Dreapp reserves the right to modify system requirements and may cease support for older devices or operating systems.

Dreapp may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be automatically installed on your device, or you may be required to manually update the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dreapp does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects.

Dreapp does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

Dreapp reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

Dreapp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
